Horn won't get you much, considering that its not even max dmg and with a rather high req and yeah around 10-20k on the storm bow. Im guessing...

Can make an attempt to sell it, doubt any one with a pair of eyes will buy it though, I'd merchant it, or salvage for some wood.

Req 9 sells for around 500-600k, should be able to get around 350-400k

If a req 8 version of that fell sells for around 900k, you should be able to get it easily at 600-700k TOPS.

I've had this happen to my once before. It was during a trade as well, upon completion the game crashed, I rebooted it and found the item...
