Shields Only Strength req 7-9, or Tactics 7-11, with these stats ONLY. skins dont matter, but better skins get more $$ +28-30hp (allways) +10AL vs...

dont have a pic yet stats are, req9 curses 20% fast-cast curses, 10% general skill recharge. old staff skin. any ideas?

preferably with an attractive skin.. paying VERY well for whats worth the $$$.

imo this skin is highly undesired, lowering the price quite a bit sadly.
