agreed with joker, it's not just because of factions, the chaos is 15 below 50 wich is far from max, even before factions was so close it...
check the stickies. don't Id it, yes chances are it good be 15^50 yes but falchions with 15^50 don't get a whole lot and that is a small...

agreed with joker, I saw an 18% enchanting axe grip go for 10k, I doubt you could get 15k for this axe it isn't a prefered skin only +13% dmg...
