the chaos axe IS perfect (perfect dmg mod) just because it doesn't have those mods 10/10 sundering (blah) and +30 hp doesn't mean it...

if those are the only mods, then salvage it, because with no dmg mod it really isn't worth anything but the mods, wich are only worth...
