first off, thier is no victo's bow, second off thier 2~3 green item pc threads stickied at the top of the PC forum

well, i'm going to guess u missed typed and meant 16% below 50, in which case u need to salvage this sword and hope for the 10/10 adrenaline

yeah, merchant food, and try not to post so many items at once, it scares off people that might pc them

the reason it's 150k+ is the skin, same reason why a galdius with same stats would be worth about 20~30k
