1st guy: salvage for 20/20, the string alone is worth 5 times the bow 2nd guy: sell for like 10k
no 2nd mod and req tactics, but you will prolly about 35k for it
mods dont change the value of the weapon. inherent mods are the only thing about it that decides its value, best chances are to go with what that...
