can be up to 13 req in death, up to 9 in blood, and up to 11 in soul reaping (though i dont think that req drops for a wand) it needs to be +5...

i wouldnt salvage, too risky with 2 mods... i think its nice fellblade, 13% in stance is pretty good, i'm not good on PCing fellblades though,...
