I agree with Studio Ghibli. That is exactly why I farm. However I just wanted to bring up the people who DO farm for "better" items.

Actually a nice farming spot in pre-ascalon is right outside of fort ranik. Just go out, get a whole bunch of the skales to follow you and run...

As I stated before, farming does not take that much time! Anyone can get a decent amount of gold by farming in the time it takes to do one...
