Dude, IDK what a "Thall Shield" is. Can you post a pic?

I'd think a bit lower than that, myself. I haven't had good luck selling the -armor mods though. So 15K would be my guess.

I'd say about 40K, sephis skin is not as hot as it used to be and that's a pretty high req.

I've never sold something like this but if it were mine I'd price it at a few K, say 1-4.

IMO it's not worth modding - you'll spend more on the mods than you'll get back for them.
