11-22, req 10 fire, 19% casting water, 20% recharge on fire. I wish those 2 mods were for the same attribute
Either + 15% dmg enchanted or 15% -5 energy, req 10 or less. other mods don't matter.

20/20 sundering, 15^50, dagger mastery +1 19%, req 13. And do you think it may be worth it to attempt for the 20/20 tang and sell that?
The staff is req 9 fire, 10% recharge on all, and health +30 head. The effigy is req 8 spawning and health +29 always.

It's req 10 14^50 max dmg, 19% longer enchants, and has a poisonous string.
You'll have to cap it again, though if you make a PvP only char it can use it of course.
req 13, dmg +13% in stance, max dmg, with a Heavy haft.
