the major -50 hp soul reaping rune may be of some use for a 55 necro, when a 55 or a 55 necro dies can switch armor with the -50hp on it to carry...

not good stats but 10-15k for as they are now.
platinum items are dropping in price since there beeing farmed much more now, but id say for this staff 20-35k depends on buyer. good luck with trades
sell it as it is not fully modded, 15-25k. pc check is never 100% cos in game it is a totally a different world to the forums. hope this helped...
that looks like the collector 1, so ull get 1-2k for it. but waste of time trying to spam.
to be honest id merch it, but might get 10-15k for it. 15%hexed aint a wanted mod.
