Because it's not max damage it isnt worth a thing. You should merch it or salvage the mods (although there no that good either).

What if i were to add a +30hp mod to it instead of the Dagger Mastery mod. How much would it be worth then?

but the sundering mod alone is worth 30-50k, so wouldnt the daggers be worth much more then that?
