Might be hard to sell because not perfect and the -10, you could salvage it and hope for the +29, and sell that for about 7k.

salvage (can sell head for 3-4k) merch merch merch cuz notmany people use 20% ench on hammer

Best bet is salvaging for either mod, preferably the sundering.
