Yeah, I corrected that guy who said that req. 9 is max (req. can't really be max?). As soon as I did that, I got that pm from another guy.

Max, take out 5k and customize everything lol
~60k, personally id take a perfect salvage kit and salvage the 20/20 and +30, then sell the sword for 60k...you gain like 20k from it...no idea...
