Version 2 of build. But aggressive refrain in, swapped spear of lightning for cruel spear and swapped watch yourself for go for the eyes....

so... a.refrain instead of soldiers fury cruel spear instead of blazing spear and anthem of flame instead of never surrender or stand your ground ?

The thing i dont like about a.refrain is the energy cost - 25 energy kills a 30energy, 2 regen paragon. Also, a.refrain only has a 25% boost,...

i like it alot. makes sense why shambling becomes jagged when dead. May make an nf MM if a good build revolving these 2 is made
