80-100k imo, recharge would be better for healing spells, most have short cast time anyway so the bonus isnt that great, but will save you from...

true ^_^, the only class that could really utilise water skills would be an ele, but an e/w water ele fighting water imps with water O_O i wouldnt...

merchant imo, cuz water and warrior dont go together nicely :/ + armor mod isnt max and only good against imps really cuz u dont get many water...
