ooo, very nice.. its known as an Ascalon Maul or a Matchstick - rarest hammer in game shame about the req, but 15^50 will still bring you plenty...

he means its worth 10-15k, i agree imo = in my opinion 15^50 = +15% dmg while health is above 50%
