topic sais it all im looking to buy celestial and zodiac daggers with 15% dmg when hp is above 50% (15^50) the other stats are unimportant

i know the existing runes are bought by the richer people i was lucky to loot a sup dagger one myself but what im asking is, are there actually...

Ok, For the passed few days i have been trying to get a hold of critical strike runes.. yet i have not even seen one. soooo.... Are these even ingame?
