I searched for a few days to find a Shinobi Blade. Personaly I think they look awesome. I wont say how much I payed for this =P (wasnt much ^^; )...
hexed dmg mod makes it nearly worthless from my standpoint. I pick up the +29 HP sword mods constantly for 10k, so id place this sword's value...

Well how about make vampiric touch a spell, and bite a skill? since verbally that would seem to make more sense anyway?
adding the rare skin effect to buyable weapons would skew the economy..and really screw over a great many people imo
