r9 would be well over a stack - I think Tramp bought a r9 DF one with 20% HCT prot inherent for a few stacks. As for this one - close to 100e.

I have sold the same shield for 70k, so probably around that.

Assuming the shield is tactics - around 10k Ruby Maul can merched, or you could try salvaging in hopes for a ruby.

Roughly 10-15k for this one, maybe a bit more since the req isn't half bad.

Most of the mods on those can be merched, while a few could hardly get a plat. Thus, I would just ignore those and merch or sell without caring...
