farming-the places to go

where are good farming places? or is there another way for me to make money?

well basically the arenanet staff have took away all the good farming places e:g outside beetletun all the ettins only drop major and minor runes...

i really need to get money pretty fast i got chest peice 4 15k plate but i need the rest sum1 help me! (i need the money fast by the way
