Hey do you guys think a R/Me would have a decent chance at farming? Atleast better than an R/E ? Or is it too difficult for a build like that?

For a shock sniper based build (this is in PvE btw) would a you guys recommend: (this is with runes and +1 hat) Expertise: 13 Marksman: 13...
