I sold a Shadow Blade Req8 15%^50% clean for 45k, so 40k-50k sounds fair..

Like title says.. Zealous Fellblade of Fortitude Slashing Dmg 15-22 Requires 9 Damage +15%(while Health is above 50%) Energy gain on hit: 1 Energy...

salvage imo, not max and only one inherit mod..
