How many points do you have to put into healing before breeze is at its max regen? By man I mean 4-5, don't remember which it is. Anyone know?

Didn't even know I had this gem. Like the title says, max dmg, req 8, 15^50, 3/1 vamp, +1 axe mastery (18% chance when using skills). I just...
