Req 10, really really kills it. I'm going to say 60k, only because of the mods on it. Someone may pay more due to the skin.
Its a good price that you bought it for, Should be able to sell for 150-200k like Rahl had said, its a good shield.
This should be on the sticky, if its not 100-120k IMO.
Hmm, its hard to tell with these new skins, I'd suggest sell it fast, but I'm personally surprised that one could sell this for 20 Es....
