No matter what the req. is, it's not going to sell for much if the HSR10% is an inhernent mod and if the staff isn't inscriptable.

I would say around 10k, hard to find a buyer of a non-perfect high req Dead Sword (I had trouble selling my 14-21 Req8 for 50K).
