The staff's not max damage, though it's perfect 10/10, so maybe it's worth something? The wand's nice. See attached image.

I dunno about the high-end quote. Low demand, and the mods are replicated on Greens for about a quarter the price.

I will pay 15k for 20% or 5k for 19%, but only those two. Not particularly interested in 18%. Will also pay up to 6k for a max gold Earth Scroll....
