Mods don't normally affected it as those can be changed. The only mods I seen to affect price is perfect health and 20/20 mods.
I'll say keep the top two and merch the shield. keep those axes around I'm not too sure of their value hopefully someone can PC those for you.
Top one is 20-25k Second one is around 15-20k
60-70k is Biased most ppl would only pay from 30-40k range for it. Same goes for stance bows.
Well without an actual starting price or decent knowledge of the value of the items it's kinda hard to auction it.
