Agree with take_me, they never go below 15k.
Oni Blade 40-50k or maybe more Grim Scythe - ~15k or a bit less, or salvage mods with perfect salvage kit, then sell the scythe for ~5k.
Ignore first PC. The -2hp of perfect hurts the price really. I'd say ~50k or so.
60-65k is pretty standard these days.
