im not a pro price checker but that is commonly sold to merchent ~ ... i dun see any value of it ...

the Armor Penetration +20% (19% Chance) is not a mod it's a sword generated .... property or watever it's called ~
you CANNOT salvage it out so therefore ... to the merchent ~

see the item description in the pic say "sundering crystalline..."?
that's the armour penetration bonus, a salvageable hilt.

u wouldnt think so but, as soon as u sell it on sell thread the fact that some poeple cant afford a gd crys will want this as fact of 'collector' item, to hav a real crystalline.
