OH sry i was wrong I KNEW i would be wrong somehow ... the Armor Penetration +20% (19% Chance) is not a mod it's a sword generated .......

im not a pro price checker but that is commonly sold to merchent ~ ... i dun see any value of it ... you COULD salvage it and hope u get the +20%...
