Ok everyone get ready for a quick laugh of my original take on the ritualist.
I thought that a ritualist was a jack of all trades, master of none.
It could sit in the back, not take damage and throw out some spirits.
NOW I didn't expect much from them (still don't LOL) but I thought you
would throw out 3 spirits of healing....some players would get some heals or regen and an elite spirit would give massive regen. OR you could do damage, not a lot but some with spirits, 3 or 4 doing 10-20 damage each maybe every 3-4 seconds. then an elite spirit damage dealer that lasted a little less but did more damage with a chance of something like knockdown or poison. Then you have the protection ritualist, 3 spirits that give different types of protections, one protects party from some magic, other to protect some from physical then an elite that gives a lot more protection and maybe some type or reversal.
that was what I thought a ritualist was. Spirits did something but not very well, of course you had to decide what type of spirits you would carry, since you could not carry 3 or even 2 types with anything else...2 types would be max.
but as I said none of them look to be anything that would be dominating. YOU WOULD not heal enough to replace a healer, or damage enough to replace a warrior.
I guess its just me but are spirits worth a damn ROFL
I mean not some last inning whoop arse but something that you take in groups thru the mid to late game that really helps a party.
just me and my stupid game play I guess
