way to blurry, but by the color scheme I would say crystal desert, a rock in the satlflats region.

I think it might be that Chets, or Old Chest, or something liek that in Old Ascalon, where you get the census papers for the scribe, on a quest.

or Maybe it's just an Ascalon Chest, lol.

It's gotta be Ascalon Chest, Maguuma Chest, or Elonian Chest, based on the appearance of the ground on which the chest sits.
