This is offtopic but if you open your comps side panel and turn a house fan on it while you play it shouldnt shut off as often, maybe not even anymore....same thing used to happen to me then i did this hasnt happened since. Even stopped getting error seven, although i dont think this has annything to do with err 7.

sorry about intruding in the thread, just wanted the OP to know

actually i am doing that, i put the fan on high, but the screwyness of my comp plus and oldness of it plus that i have a virus thats super hard to get rid of, it does shut down some times. Most of the time when ive been using the comp too much without shutting it down cus i download alot of japanese dramas and animes so i leave the comp on overnight

added another hint, its in old ascalon, not in the shiverpeaks, maguuma jungle, or crystal desert, old ascalon
