Why does people hate rurik?

just as the title say why does people hate rurik?

a little garamar check on the title...
my reasons for hating him are:
1: Looks kind of... dumb?
2: He's a bit over-zealous[if I'm using that word right]
3: He wants to raise a pint of dwarven ale to me
4: He takes credit from other people at certain points
5: He get's killed by a ele with a axe
6: His voice! it burns!
7: He can't kill a monk alone
8: He doesn't stay dead
9: He has a generally bad elite cap
10:He kind of scares me
11:He's kind of a jerk to his dad
12:He agros EVERYTHING, even chuck norris
13:Even after he's been striped of his title/position, he thinks he can still boss you around

ummm..because we can? lol. It's kinda just one of those things...You either really do hate him for something he did to you character or you just love mocking him.

I dislike Rurik because, judging from my pick-up-group experience, many warriors play their characters in a similar fashion, and seem to believe Rurik is an example of how the class should be played.

First time I've ever seen a Chuck Norris thing that actually amuses me.

Wha? I have used Hundred Blades to great effect on numerous occasions. It's quite useful against enemies that weak individually but swarm you, and even more useful for recharging adrenaline. I sometimes use it with "To the Limit" if I'm gonna be using a lot of monk skills and need to use adrenal skills to conserve energy.

It's true that there are better elites out there, though. But a majority of them are for axes and hammers, which I seldom use

He is forever running into danger and if you do not watch him, he will die and then you have to do the mission again! :/

Watch him during the Nolani mission. Kill everything that attacks except 2 Charr Hunters(or is it Stalkers). I went away, explored a load of the map, came back and he was STILL fighting them. Why? Everytime he got near 1 he ran off because of Ignite Arrows!

Because he's a rushing moron who spouts silly stuff.

EDIT: Funnily enough, that's also why I want him as a minipet.

As we sit back and sulk knowing well be restarting the super secret prob... I mean mission.

I hate Rurik because he is almost everything what n00b warriors are. Using fire dragon sword, running far front from the party aggroing everything alone and others have to babysit him because if he die, mission is failed. Only mending is missing.

Well, fire dragon sword is a good sword in some cases but if some get it because it looks cool and think it is godly sword, then the wielder has no clue.

i hate him cause maiinly all the above he aggros EVERYTHING its really annoying when your trying to stay away from aggroing luckily he died .im glad hes not your partner in HoH.
