as for how this will be done;

Judgment Day:

starting tomorrow, sept 14th at 12:01 AM US central time and ending at sept 21st at 12:01 AM US central time the judgement phase shall ensue.

for this it is open judging, that means anyone and everyone can participate.
however, you may not nominate one of your own submissions for any prizes...

each person may nominate 1 guild for each of the corresponding slots;
as in 1 guild for 1st, 1 guild for 2nd and 1 guild for third in each category; and then 1 guild for grand-prize and 1 guild for the runners-up prize (both of which are for overall, as opposed to 1 unique category; so please refrain from picking guilds for one of these two that dont have each of the 4 categories)

the following submission for contest winnings was done PERFECTLY, if my explanation seems a bit backwards-assed, just use this as an example.

as for the tag and name thing, award the prize to the tag for its relationship to the guild name. the reason that the tag is so dependant on the name is the reason i lowered its prize value. what i was basically looking for was for the name&tag to match well.
but, the decision on how well that was done is up to you guys.

This contest aims for originality, not creativity. "Knights of the White Stallion," or anything of that sort, has been overdone into death. Jokes tend to provide some originality, at the least.
