yes theres alot of work involved with killing the graspings at the begining ..then ioh to the smites

How do you get to the smites? Like what do you kill before? I was never a big UW fan.

First he triggers the quest to spawn the grasping darknesses...carefully pulls them away from the aatxes and kills them...then runs as fast as he can to the smite crawlers and kills them

does that work against coldfires? also, how long does it take to kill the graspings, run to the smites, then finish the run?

I'm guessing its painfully slower then dual SB, or 55/SS.

Lol nice idea. Its just a shame that in the last load of UW runs i've done Duo... Smites dropped a grand total of 3 Ectos, Aatxe dropped a grand total of 18.

Its a good idea. I gave it a go earlier, 1st time i didn't break agro from the Aatxe properly... you can guess what happened next.
2nd time i killed off the Grasping and reached the Smites. Killed half of them (yay, a glob), then accidently let SV wear off with no energy to recast on 1 of the latter groups.... the proceeding 'Zealots Fire' spike really does sting with 40ish AL to Fire

I, for one, will be eagerly awaiting the [possible] upcomming guide & video Dahnel. I have to say that your threads on the Vengeful Rt have revitalized my interest in my Rt [after beating the game with him, I've just kept him sitting around - occasionally used as a Rt Lord when teaming up with guildies in Urgoz, etc, as helping newbies through missions is easier with my MM].
Your guides have been informative as well as entertaining, and my Rt now gets some excercise farming the various areas of Cantha [I have yet to bother taking him much past LA in Tyria].
Great job, as usual. I'll keep an eye out for the further "adventures" of your wandering Rt!

Still, not sure how you could get around the patrols there, there are two aatxes blocking the south tunnel and the other patrols practically coat the east tunnel to the chamber.. you'd have to sprint right through some aatxes, and get lucky. Maybe mod distortion in for that?

I have been running this build with a 600 monk 2 man. this allows the monk to maintain ps on me and kill the nightmare. The reason for the basic 605 skills is so in the event i do die i have capable backup and the ability to res.
Please tell me how your doing this its easy pickings once past the aatxes. plus this build farms 1/2 of cantha/prophecies easily.
