Oh yes, I teamed people up according to what I thought would compliment one another. I took Jaden just because I think Jaden's shots are a lot more interesting than most.

Welcome to week 8 of competition! For this week, you will be working in partners to achieve a look. As MOTW, Mortissia Faust had the priveledge to select each group and their theme topic...here is the list...

Burnout Chic & Perynne Walker - Famous Luxons

For you guys, generally, what we are expecting is you guys working together and taking a shot with a well known luxon figure head.

Jaden Stone & Mortissia Faust - Luxon Architecture

For you guys, again generally speaking, what we will be looking for is beautiful sights and scenes of the Luxon area.

Malefic Mistress & Xo Katina Xo - Siege Turtles

For you guys, obviously, you're going to try and incorporate siege turtles in your picture.

So, obviously, this is going to be a group collaboration between you and your partner, and keep in mind, this is not a time to try and upstage and outshine your competitor. This is the time for two people to work together and achieve a common goal, of not being eliminated.

So try and schedule a time with each other to work on your shoot, while i agree it is impossible to find a time with twelve people, I will hardly accept any excuses to for finding a common time among two.

Each group is to submit only ONE picture. SAME picture. So both of you can take shots, but both of you must decide on one shot to submit.

Here are your required questions for this assignment:

Where did you take your shot?

Why and how did you choose the screen you submitted?

Was your partner easy to get in touch with?

Was your partner easy to work with?

Did your partner take/give direction well?

What did your partner contribute to the shoot?

What did you contribute to the shoot?

On a scale to 1-5 (1 being horrible and 5 being great), how would you rate your partner?

So both you and your partner will send the answers to the question separately, but only one person will send the picture.

That is all, if there are any questions, please send them my way!

This will be due on February 2, 2007!

lol thanks for pointing that out, i think we had this one made in case of worst case scenario for the go see challenge, plus we made alot of last minute changes...we we're originally going to do a differen't shoot for this week, but we're still trying to tweek it up, so expect it maybe...next cycle...? here's is what was suppose to happen...

basically, what we wanted was for each person to portray an Alter Ego-Persona where they would act out two different characters and what we would do is try and composite to shots and merge them into one. They did that on the show where they were posing as alter egos with the car (A normal character and a more glamorous character, and they did celebrity couples), so what we were going for was Kurzick vs Luxon. But the time limit we have for each week wouldve never gave us enough time to digitally do that...it wouldve been too hard, so until we perfect it, we had to switch it out. I would ask our photoshop expert, but she's busy with other stuff, so we decided to pull the plug on this shoot for now and had to replace it...lol so you could expect to see it in a possible cycle 2...? Or we could still try and pull it off for next week, but i dont know, i suck at doing this, it takes me way too long, and next week is going to be crunch week for our contestants and us as well...so i dont know.

Anyways, hope our contestants are having a good run with the current shoot!
