Agreed, which is why I said "last-minute add-on." I just don't see how Factions CE w/o the dragon could be considered "better" than Nightfall CE, even based on what we know right now!

The skill pins and mini-figurine of Nightfall totally eclipse (IMO), the special spotlight dances of two characters in Factions. But that's just me...

Whoa! I was feeling a bit down because of an exam I need to make on my birthday (oct. 27th), but this cheers me right back up.

Planning for the coming time:
-Get a job to be able to afford the CE
-Get fired for not showing up at work after buying Nightfall
-I guess I should study a bit too .. maybe ..

This chapter sounds good to me. Hero vs hero may or may not be a good thing. I hope they have templates worked out by that time, because otherwise it's going to be a major nusance to set your whole team up.

But my top desire is for your custom henchies NOT to add grind to the game. Hopefully they can actually be used to help reduce the skill unlocking grind. Hope you can share henchies too... at least umongst your ascended characters. Reducing grind with henchies is just a plus, but adding too the grind would be very very bad. Very very very.

Tbh I think Nightfall will be dissapointing,2 new classes and a new continent.It's always the same,they should make GW more realistic.Add weather effects,night/day cycles (not based on real life time,that would be hard with time change),fix several bugs(like the ones in the cutscenes with the mouths not moving >.>) and definatly get better graphics.What would be great is if in the next gw our heroes come to a new unknown continent with new races,some friendly,some hostile

.And you could like make a char that's not human for once,i think it would be great..Well anyways that's my idea right cya

Skill pins are physical pins with skill icons on them you can pin to you jacket or backpack or something. They were originally distributed at various conventions and they haven't said which specific ones come with the CE.

Do you play GW? Weather effects would be cool, yeah, but remember that many areas/missions are designed to look a certain way (sunny beach, dreary swamp, whatever). But the mouths not moving on cutscenes isn't a bug -- there are no polygon mouths to move by design. And if you think there definately should be better graphics, I'd like you to state what online game right now has better graphics than GW.

And please please please no elves, trolls and all that garbage. That's part of what makes GW great -- no teaming with walking frogs, birds, cats, chipmunks.

The mouths not moving in cut scenes was a deliberate design choice. This way there is no complaining about how your local language is French, and the mouths are moving in time to an English cutscene. Is that understandable? I never know if I've explained something clear enough.

I won't be buying it on pre or buying the CE, infact i won't be buying it at all, its my birthday 2 weeks later so i'll get it for free hehe. I managed to resist temptation when factions came out for a few weeks to give them time to fix any bugs and stuff so happy to do the same. And i got it alot cheaper. Gives me the chance to read up on stuff on here and wiki before i take the plunge too. My graphics and RAM should cope without problems, i just hope my CPU doesn't go into meltdown :P

I haven't found it even remotely appealing to get the CEs of either Prophecies or Factions. Just plain wasn't interesting to me, and the special features (glowing hands and ghost dancers) seemed pretentious. For some reason, tho', this one really appeals to me. And I was even going to wait a few months after release to get into Nightfall; now I've gotta get the CE. (Damn those marketing-type people and their savvy marketing techniques!)

Chapter 1 CE I Missed because i jumped into the game in August and it was already hard to find, and Factions CE wasn't worth even picking up (worse in box stuff, and the ingame special only applied to two classes that basically I'd never play). Doesn't look like this one will be worth it either.

yeah, and unfortunately im guessing this armor will not be playable... such as npc henchies' armor for example- you know the really cool armors that mehnlo and the gang have, which we dont have access to..

if it is playable, Id like to see the male version... the armor reminds me of the Dwemer Armor in oblivion... which isnt a bad thing in my eyes.
