This build is a great build for certain bosses, but I am still having trouble

try to be patient and have the boss as your aggro trigger. when i do this i normally target the boss first, BUT i don't do that cause i don't have the patience. I take crystal wave and tenais crystal to kill the others that sliver targets first quicker...so 4 sec wasted on foes and 9 seconds for boss....should be more then enough time if you aggroed a large enough crowd.

This build can farm the raisu palace bosses, but probably need to be E/A since need the celestial storm to inflict extra dmg on the boss. But only the koosun staff worth something there, kaolin farm still net the most profit.

can some of the pros here help me in game..? cuz after practicing for 2 days i can barely kill sunreach, warriors and monks construct.. i must be doing something wrong

ive managed to kill most of the bosses that u ppl have been posting, like monk, mesmer construct, scareater, woespreader,darkroot.... got some good drops over the last few days. sliver armor rules
and using aftershock and obsidian flame can do that extra dmg useful for killing the bosses. it happened to me sometimes that their health would go real low, and sliver ended -_- tried doing strongroot, nailed him sometimes, still no green, ill keep trying

yeah but you get tons of domination staffs =(. i rarely get those Evilsod. but next weekend will be fun...being almost guaranteed a green for every contruct should be fun. kaolin weps for all on my friends list...lol. heck why not since their price is going down the toilet next weekend. probably gonna be triple the CHANCE of a green instead of double. BTW for you kaolin farmers....the Kaolin weps DEFINATELY go higher on euro servers. i was on there for 3 weeks and the accursed staffs sold for 80-85k while there were going for 50-60k on american. swords were 60-65k euro and 40k here. i'd switch back after the green event but don't want to waste the last 2 switches i have =)

I've only had 7 Dom Staffs, would've prefered at least 1 Blade instead of a Dom Staff.
Not sure about Kaolin Accursed... that piece of crap is almost impossible to shift. Since i got my first Accursed drop 2 days after this build started out on Kaolins i finally managed to sell 1 yesterday for 60k. The Blade however... they are extremely rare it seems here, taken me about a week to find someone selling 1 which i bought for 50k. Dom staffs are nice though

Problems I have with Sunreach is that Sliver most of the time attacks other mobs. And if it does attack the right one, then he's getting healed by some ritualist warden.
Only killed him once. I gave up after that.
I have problems with the Time Eater now.
I do:
Cast Shadowform.
Death's Charge in on him.
Trying to cast Sliver, but it gets interupted right away due to a Signet thingy.
When I pre-cast Sliver as well then there is just too low damage for him to be killed. Even with Aftershock, Crystals, and Obsidian Flame.
Only killed him once. I gave up after that.

well i play e/a and i use the exact beta build (only dmg -> sliver armor), i need some practice, that's for sure, but have no problems with killing either Mesmer's construct or Necro construct. Only probs is the warrior one, as SF doesn't last long enough; anyways practice makes master ^^
btw. i've seen u put some other dmg skills than sliver armor only, what u remove or so?? + could someone put the builds in the first post or sticky?? cause after few weeks not reading it's not cool to read these 8 pages >< (laaazy) big thx, this build rox ^^ started to get friends free greenies now

Well hopefully the new video I added will help some people strugling with constructs but for those with trouble targeting it jsut takes practice and you can see some of my strats in the video.

Any tips on farming Jayne whenever I run in Sliver targets a Warden of the Tree and not the boss, do I have to aggro another group?

i wonder if certain bosses drop more for certain toons? i rarely get dom or prot staffs...i normally get the accursed and blade =). luckily i've been able to sell those fairly quickly. went on 2 runs this afternoon after laying off the constructs for a week and got 1 blade 2 accursed staffs...but no dom or prot staff though. i should have kept one of the dom staffs that i got since it seems that i won't get another till the green weekend.

Well it does help you live longer against untargetted spells, skills and general damage you take running through mobs...
I'm beginning to think with the Shadow of Haste buff E/A is better than A/E for quite a few bosses. Quite easy to get 8% Morale Boosts killing 4 Constructs (trying for 10% but the Ele is a bitch without Dark Escape). No risk of DP unless things go horribly wrong and higher damage.

Where are you setting the SoH at for the ele boss?
Wherever I set it has always been too close to break agro.
Also been using Armor of Earth to reduce his damage seeing as cant use dark escape. (also reduces damage from afflicted explosions).

D Fault... i've practically given up on the ele boss. I tried again using SoH and Dark Escape since theres nowhere to put SoH, this time it didn't target the sodding boss. Its really a waste of effort imo. Either it won't target it or it kills you.
Dizzy... just lure both patrols at the same time... can't do anything more than that. Except maybe bringing more damage skills if its the only boss your after.

the ele construct ive killed everytime i've went there but the hardest for me would have to be the warrior and monk...lol i know everyone says the monk is easy but i can never get enough firepower needed to finish him off...

Same. I just do necro and mes now, finishing with the monk in the hopes that I get lucky. For some reason I just can't get enough damage to take him out, I try to shock + aftershock him as well and it still isn't enough dps.

Well I don't farm them much anymore last time was when I made the video.
I do Ele-->Mesmer--->Necro---->if I survive at necro i go straight to warrior if not i just do monk and call it a run.

I am having problems getting the Sliver Armor to target the boss. Anybody have some advice? It would be great if one of you could take the time to show me the construct run in game, character name is "Divine Ethereal". If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it.

i really dont think armour really matters..whatever suits you best..if you want more hp then get those..if you're running low on energy evertime then get the energy armour...but armour wise anything from KC should do because you're going to have SF up most of the time you're farming anyway.

What about doing same thing but with A/Me , arcane echo + empathy and backfire?
How? - U cast arcane echo, then Shadow Form, then you target boss , use empathy and backfire, when shadow form ends (i mean before arcane replace dissapear) use shadow form (replaced with arcane echo)
Can someone try it? maybe it's going to be better way to kill bosses cuz u always target one target.

What guys you have if ur shadow form is for 25 sec and Silver armor for 15+ ? Mine skills at lvl 15 shadow arts work only for : shadow form - 20 sec, silver armor - 10 sec.
