Monk
* Balthazar's Aura: decreased duration to 8 seconds.
That'll make life a tad tougher, but the other boosts should balance it out
* Bane Signet: decreased recharge time to 20 seconds.
very nice.
* Banish: this skill now does double damage vs. summoned creatures.
What counts as a summoned creature? Titans are technically summoned, so I guess I'll check wiki for a definition of that. NPC minion masters or any undead summoned better beware: 4x damage(w/o them using frenzy...)
* Divine Boon: increased recharge time to 10 seconds, decreased amount healed to 15..60.
* Extinguish: increased cast time to 1 second, increased recharge time to 12 seconds.
* Purge Signet: decreased cast time to 2 seconds.
cool
* Signet of Judgment: decreased recharge time to 20 seconds.
very helpful indeed
* Zealot's Fire: increased recharge time to 45 seconds.
I posted this on a thread that no longer appears, so I guess it was merged with this or something. Both Boon and Zealots Fire affect builds out there now. So what do you think, guys: Is this just to shake up builds, or is this prep for Nightfall based on the info from the PVP weekend?(seeing they decreased so many recharge times, boosted so much overall)

And JUST LIKE I SAID they basically nerfed the same stuff the leaked list nerfed and buffed about the same, except that tweaked around and changed HOW they nerfed/buffed some of the stuff so the list appears fake.
Like instead of buffing Cleave like the list implied, they nerfed Eviserate. Same difference - tryin to promote Cleave and instead of Nerfing Energy management that boons use, they just straight nerfed Boon itself - Same difference in the end.

Whoever made that "fake" list was obviously looking at the same things Anet is, because...it makes sense?
Although that list said frenzy would get nerfed :P

Nerfing boon is only nerfing the monk profession since its a monk primary.
Screwing up the whole inspiration line ruins essentially the only real reason to have a mesmer secondary.

Would I like skill updates as soon as possible and have the possibility to prepare thoroughly? Yeah... Am I gonna QQ because they're there just when the ladder restarts, no. Why?
1. Top guilds really aren't gonna start losing matches because they were unprepared Eviscerate does 6 less damage. So far we've never had nerfs that made entire builds unplayable (except when they were clearly broken).
2. The update is there for everyone at the same time. It shouldn't make that huge of a difference when everyone is adapting. The top guilds were still kicking ass during the 6v6 weekend eventhough it was a kind of PvP that had never seen any play before. Perhaps if you're unable to deal with this you don't even deserve a playoff spot...
3. There isn't that much difference between a skillbalance and a severely changed meta-game. When SB-RI suddenly ravaged the ladder the top guilds were still able to stay foot. Being able to cope with changes is one of the things that makes top guilds great.

And you cannot chalk it up to "luck" that they picked right, atleast half of what was changed is DIRECTLY off that leaked list, telling the EXACT changes that happened, like exactly what the recharge was changed to and such.
Anyway, Of course everything on the list didnt hit the Block and there were slight changes made...The leaked list was a PROPOSED ALPHA list, the final changes are of course reexamined by Izzy and the team and the list is shortened and finalized.
