Just checking back with you. There's not a lot to report, but what there is to report is positive. The programmers are looking at the file now, which means they've received the full backup and can do a check to see what was off with the later build. No ETA on completion, but good news that the archive is in their hands, and they're continuing to work on it.
Once again, we apologize for the delay, and will have things going as quickly as possible.

Mmm... cookie. Well, this certainly was a bummer, but lucky me, it's just irritating. I thought the Preview was starting at 12AM (11AM my time), but apparently it was 12PM. So even if it starts at 4AM my time, It's still over 6 hours early.

countdown is on the main page of the english euro site,not sure about the american page as i have never noticed a timer there.just watch the rolling banner for the countdown.

But Neither Gaile nor anyone else has answered whether or not the time will be extended to compensate for the delay.
BTW 12:00 am is midnight and 12:00 pm is noon, just to let you know for future reference.

it doesnt really matter to me if they delay for another 7 hours since im going to be working til then anyway, even if it does result in a day or so delay then its still something for nothing after all so i dont see why anyone could feel the need to have a go.

i think there is a problem with .dat file. It could have been bigger 4 gb, which could be a problem for FAT partitions.

EDIT/ Yeah, you don't need friends for drinking, but I assumed you'd be drinking with your friends there.
