I think the alternating between Tyria and Elona has me at a standstill on both. I am currently at 99.4%. I appreciate any help you may provide whatsoever. Note: The size on my screenies will not alter, via here or Imageshack. I am not very good with images and such, so please excuse any problems. Just let me know if I need to change anything. I can see right now that your pic is not a standard size. If you look at your thumbnail it says it is 1009x681.
If you are using imageshack then make sure you uncheck the box that resizes the picture.

When it comes to getting some of the harder areas you just have to go back and forth many times and try to wiggle in and get the map to "pop". Sometimes you will actually be no where near the area and it will clear for you. I can't give you specific spots to stand at to make the place clear. I would just try and walk at the 45 degree angle and once you have walked past it go back the other direction and try that way.

Hey, I wasn't going to ask for your help until I was truly stuck, and... Well I'm truly stuck now and after about a week of continuous searching I think I might go insane. I'm at 98.5%, and my screen size is 1280x1024

I was meticulous and methodic in mapping all zones prior to the Crystal Overlook, which I saved for last. I used a Tyrian character, with no access to the Elona starting area. The picture shows what was left uncovered when I hit 100%. Thanks for this sticky, many great tips and good advice.

I hate to ask this but can someone check out my map. I spent three months gettign through the game, trying to map and skill cap the elites. I ended up with 99.7% when I was done. I have looked but can not seem to see anything I am missing. Thanks for the help.

When using the "U" map your scroll wheel will zoom in and out on the map. You may just be zoomed in.

I apologize if this has been covered before, 53 pages is a lot to read. :/

What is the maximum percentage one can expect from Remains mission?

At this point I am at 97.7%, and have only that to do (plus rescraping towns and the tiny bit in the Fortress of Jahai). I'm worried it won't be enough and I need to scour the map a bit more for where to explore.
