Assassin
Black Lotus Strike: reduced recharge time 12 seconds.
Enduring Toxin: increased duration to 5 seconds.
Expose Defenses: increased duration to 5..20 seconds.
Impale: increased damage to 25..100. This skill must now follow a dual attack.
Mirrored Stance: decreased casting time to .25seconds.
Moebius Strike: reduced recharge time to 2 seconds.
Shameful Fear: reduced recharge time to 10 seconds.
Siphon Strength: removed touch requirement.
Way of the Lotus: changed this skill so that it is now an Enchantment

BLS = 1337

Moebius Strike on the Yanssassin = overpowered.

Siphon Strength is worth bringing now.

I've already started cleaning house with my hyper-sin using Moebius. Talk about obscene.

Yeah, black lotus strike is alot better now. Not that it was ever bad.

It wasn't bad, because I recharged it with friggin' MS. Now they buffed both skills. Liek yo!

Moebius strike just got a HUGE buff, however, it's still hard to find it a place on a sin skillbar.

After all, all it presents is an alternative to Horns-> Spider, or a conditional Flourish.

spawnofebil, check www.putfile.com/yanman , or google the yanssassin build. That's the way you overpower moebius strike.

Flourish is what I usually used to recharge BLS, but heck, now I don't even have to anymore.

He means it can be used by mesmers (well anyone) from range now, whereas before they would have been forced to get up close and personal. Essentially, casters will benefit more from it now.
