On topic though I have this to say; while there are jerks and people who can't behave themselves properly I would say to some of you that sometimes it is just better to grow a thicker skin. If they say something really offensive then by all means report away but let's not make this a tattling contest. " Billy called me a doody head! I want him banned!" That sort of thing will ultimately be counter-productive. For example if some moron was in a town center spamming racial slurs and generally aking a nuisance of himself I'd report that. If the same guy whispers me and does the same thing and then threatens to harm me I'd just let it go. I've got an ignore list and it's not like the emotionally challenged individual can actually make good on his threat.

This is what I've always believed, personally. I've played a wide variety of online games, some pay-to-play (WoW, City of Heroes/Villains, Everquest, Anarchy Online, the list continues), and some not. While they all have their childish players that want nothing more than to destroy another person's enjoyment of the game, those without monthly fees tend to be a lot worse. City of Heroes was probably the best. The general community in that game just seemed so much more mature.

I love GW, and won't stop playing anytime soon. You just have to toggle your chat-bar and play with guildies over PuGs. It's a sad state, but at least you aren't forced to play with these people.

i joined a new guild with a friend this morning, the leader offered 50k to whoever could invite 20 loyal members. he also said something about 10k to each member who stayed over a certain time.
a officer i didnt know invited this complete douche. As soon as he joined, he said something on the lines of, "k, gimme my money now". Of course, im just farming and i couldnt give a shit about this guy. after a few more convos, this idiot goes on and on and using bipolar as an excuse for being an idiot and a jackass.
A few minutes later, he repeated his first question, except he said, "i want my RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOing money now"
then he blamed it on his 'bipolar' again and before he could speak another line i kicked him.

Douchebags dont belong in this game.
