PC: Icy Blade Axe of Fortitude - R9, 15^50, +30hp

I picked this up running around the domain of fear. According to Wiki it's "extremely rare". I haven't ran across really anyone who has heard of it. It looks SWEET. A nice irridiscent, blue, shiny color. It's definitely a beauty.

100k 5-10e is what I'm seeing these sell for atm.

I'm not sure about 'extremely', but definitely rare/desired.
