basically i want the best energy, skills recharge/casting times and health combo.
Currently I have Exuro`s will staff

(Energy +10, Fire Dmg 11-22, halves skill recharge 20%, energy +5 while above 50%, Health +60)

but if I can get a better deal from a wand and a focus or whatever, then I`ll buy them
