OK The weapon has these mods:

Ungula Axe of Fortitude (6-24 req. 6 Axe Mastery)
Health +30
Inscription: "I have the power!"
Energy +5

I'm aware its not max but I wouldn't think it mattered considering it wouldn't be used to deal damage.
