I also have had the same thing, but now I'm able to log in - but the download for the Guild Hall is sick.
Today (23rd January) I downloaded the update when I started GW as per usual, and then it crashed afterwards. Now it keeps crashing after startup,...
I haven't tried but I'm sure I'll enjoy the challenge. /signed.
Like the idea of rewarding skill - don't like the execution. Like many before me have said, FoW armour is rewarding those with the dedication...

This wouldn't happen to be from a quest reward would it? Quest rewards are always weird, esp. Ascalonian ones, got 10/10 AP staffs from them...
It's the green I assume, if so Req 9 and 10-15k.
Agreed - go for HP mod, then Sundering, and finally 15^50.
