I am looking to buy a max 16 armor shield that is REQ 8 Tactics and inscribable.

Honestly, I don't really need mods as I already have some. Although ones with enchantment bonuses would be preferable (this is going to be for a Me/W illusionary weaponary).

This means I do not at all want a -5(20%) mod.

I really don't want to pay anymore than 20-30k (less than that would be nice). Although if I see something exceptional I may go as high as 50k.

The skin does not have to be anything rare. Just nice. I'm more than open to the idea of a nice common skin. Just looking for something elegant (this would exclude skull shields and the like).

Anything more than 50k will be a flat out NO.

Please be reasonable with your offers. I just want a shield. Not a condo and a corvette.
